Commuters P. Raghu, N. Sasi and others said that earlier there was an APSRTC ticket counter at Peda Kakani.

Commuters who board the bus in various areas used to get tickets there, but the APSRTC officials changed the ticket counter to the NTR busstation a few months ago. They said that as every bus will stop at this counter, the public forget entry into the NTR bus station. They said that the bus station is a safe place to board buses and welcomed the decision.
